The Liberal decision to close the Indian Head Research Farm is a devastating blow to our community. Farmers depend on the research at the Indian Head facility for seed innovation, better pest management, and to improve soil health. Mark Carney’s government claims there is no money for this research, but they waste billions on Liberal-friendly consultants and woke pet projects in other countries. It is yet another example of the Liberals getting their priorities wrong. We must protect the scientific and economic benefits that the Indian Head Research Farm produces for our agricultural industries.
