Justin Trudeau's Liberals promised they wouldn’t raise the Carbon Tax. They lied.
The Parliamentary Budget Officer has reported that for most households, carbon costs will exceed the Climate Action Incentive payments households receive.
The Parliamentary Budget Officer also reports that the Carbon Tax will actually increase the federal deficit, so it's not even worthwhile as a cash grab!

AND WHEREAS higher energy taxes in Canada will drive investment and jobs to foreign economies with low environmental standards, worsening global pollution;
THEREFORE, WE THE UNDERSIGNED call on the federal government to scrap the Carbon Tax, lower the tax burden, and let workers and seniors keep more of what they have earned.
